Order Cancellations & Refunds

As all our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept order cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damage Claims & Replacements

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the rare event of receiving a damaged product, the following conditions apply for a replacement:

  • A video must be recorded while unboxing the delivered package. This video must be clear and unedited, showing the package being opened from the sealed state.
  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The unboxing video must be shared with our support team within 24 hours of receiving the package.

If the claim meets these conditions, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item.
